Well, what an exceptional, amazing and enjoyable Caribbean Cruise travelling to Harvest Caye, Cozumel and Roatan from Miami, Florida. The key reason for such a memorable trip was the work of Glenn ensuring that we were well informed about each step of the trip. Glenn made sure that we were updated with what was needed and when it was needed. He had booked hotels so accessible to eateries and ports so long travels were no issues at all. I can't thank Gail enough for helping me out. I had just returned from Rome and was landing late in Romania, I needed an overnight hotel because I was getting picked up in the morning. Being that Gail knows me, she knew what was important and 1st priority was a bath, so without even asking she made sure the room had a bath for me.
